What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice for annual subscriptions.

How are the usage costs calculated?
Costs per plan are calculated for the AI Builder and for the Cloud. Each has its own limits based on different usage types. The AI builder uses message count to keep track of usage, whereas the Cloud is based on the usage of resources such as bandwidth and storage.

What happens when I reach my plan's limits?
If you run out of credits, you can upgrade your plan to a higher volume of monthly credits. If you exceed your cloud usage limits, you will be automatically charged for the extra usage. To be sure you don't exceed any limits, you can set budget caps for your account.

What is a credit?
Credits are used when sending messages in Imagine.

How much is one credit worth?
One credit equals one message. Every time you send a message in the chat, it counts as a credit used. This is a launch pricing and will change over time as we understand the costs of messages.

Can I buy a top-up of credits?
You can get more credits by upgrading your plan.
